Originally from Perth, Western Australia, I have a professional background spanning the retail, telecommunications, health & fitness, and asset finance sectors. I've held senior management roles including 7 years of leadership with Stratton Finance across New South Wales and Victoria. The experiences that I've gained over a 15 year career have taught me so many things that I'm excited to share to achieve our vision of "People and companies positively impacting the world". The hallmarks of my career to date are a deep focus on people & relationships, personal and professional development, fostering healthy workplaces and, being an uber-competitive person, working with high-performing teams.

I am highly motivated by the pursuit of personal and professional excellence, not just for our group, but for those that I interact with. As a huge Jim Collins advocate, I am a true believer that the effort that goes into being "good" & "great" are not wildly different, sure there are occasions that if you're determined to be great you will need to outwork & perform "good", however, the true key is not just putting in MORE energy, but putting energy into the RIGHT places. I've been blessed to interact with some amazing people, all who form part of a network that I encourage and introduce others to, the collective wisdom of the group always outperforms individual brilliance. Our philosophy of "Judge a man by his questions, not his answers" mirrors my passion for learning, understanding & search for collective insight. In addition to leveraging insights from my own diverse industry experience to provide strategic guidance, enhance operational efficiencies, and support individual and organisational growth, I will point you in the direction of others that I have learned from so you can also benefit from a wealth of others knowledge. Kobe Bryant put it succinctly "Once you know what it is in life that you want to do, then the world basically becomes your library. Everything you view, you can view from that perspective, which makes everything a learning asset for you."

My leadership philosophy centres on creating environments where people understand and have input into the collective vision, feel valued and understand how their input is important, are supported, motivated and empowered to achieve their full potential. During my tenure at Stratton Finance, I was privileged to have worked with & successfully led large teams, assisted in the development and implementation of training programs, and drove significant business results across multiple regions. I value my reputation as a dynamic team member & leader who can help to inspire change and build cohesive teams aligned with a shared vision. I believe that my ability to unify a team around a collective vision and balance strategic planning with hands-on execution has been a key factor in the successes we achieved.

Outside of professional endeavours, being competitive drives my passion for health, fitness, sports in addition to a more mindful side including an affinity for reading, education, and personal development.
